Hire: Please contact our office to arrange a site inspection for a competitive quote on all your marquee and hire needs. We work as a team with several professional hirers delivery only quality White Marquees with the option of silk liners and pea lights, tables, chairs, linen etc, candelabras, special coloured linen tablecloths can be arranged through contacting this office.

Setting of Tables: Aussie Catering Company is pleased to assist in the laying of cutlery, napkins, glassware and linen etc. Additional time is required for this service and our consultants will require notice prior and an additional charge would apply. This service would include supply and layout of side plates and butter knives and individual salt and pepper for guests tables. Decorating: We would be pleased to provide the details of wonderful companies that can help you to customise that special hall, marquee or home to create an atmosphere to match your special day. Venues: There are many great venues available throughout Greater Melbourne. Aussie Catering Company is a preferred caterer and many of these venues.

Buffet Menus: Supplied in our buffet and 3 course banquet menus are all China crockery, stainless steel cutlery, quality napkins (colour to suit if required), buffet tables (food service table with linen cloths) and our food waiting staff.

Beverage Menus: Supplied in our beverage menus are all glassware, bar table with linen cloth, bar set up, ice and ice down facilities and beverage service staff.
