Open egg & bacon pies, scrambled egg & smoked salmon crepes, semi dried tomato & mushroom muffin, fruit filled Danish pastries, mini chocolate, blueberry & banana muffins, 3 tier stands offering a selection of cereals: cornflakes, muesli, wheat bix, bowls of sliced pears, peaches and two fruits. Chicken & Champagne Buffet Menu # 5

Petite gourmet filled rolls – fresh chicken & lime mayonnaise and smoked salmon & avocado. Marinated & roasted mini chicken pieces served cold.
