All Salads are prepared fresh specifically for your function in our Commercial Kitchens.
Choose 6 fresh salads for your Carvery or Spit Roast Menus and 6 fresh salads for BBQ Menus
Or for an alternative 3 Hot Vegetables for all Carvery, Spit roast or BBQ’s.

Tomato & Onion: Tomatoes, Celery, Cucumber, Onion, Fetta & Kalamata Olives
Mediterranean Pasta: Large Spirals, Sun dried Tomatoes, Pine nuts, Olives, Fresh Basil & Pesto dressing
Potato & Parsley: Diced Potato in whole egg honey mustard dressing garnished with egg & spring onion
Asian Slaw Salad: Red & Green Cabbage, Carrot, Coriander, Bean Shoots, Capsicum & Asian Dressing
Mixed Bean: Bean Assortment tossed with fresh parsley, Spanish onion, baby corn & capsicum
Deluxe Potato: Diced Potatoes, Egg, Bacon, Gherkins, Chives tossed in a Dijon Mustard Mayo
Spinach & Pumpkin: Baby Spinach, Roast Pumpkin, Fetta, Toasted Pine nuts, Spanish Onion & Garlic Mayo
Tossed Garden: Mixed Salad Leaves, & diced Capsicum, celery, cucumber, tomato & bean shoots
Tabouleh: Parsley, Fresh Mint, Cracked Wheat, Diced Tomato & Onion & light vinaigrette
Caesar Salad: Cos Lettuce, Eggs, Bacon, Anchovies, Croutons & Parmesan with traditional dressing

Rocket Salad: Rocket Leaves, Walnuts, Shaved Parmesan, Cherry Tomatoes, bean shoots & passionfruit vinaigrette
Cous Cous Salad:Spiced Vegetable Cous Cous Salad with a yoghurt mint dressing
Traditional Coleslaw: Shredded Cabbage, Carrot, Parsley, Spring Onion and lightly dressed in tangy mayo
Italian Pesto Pasta:Pasta Spirals, Sun dried Tomatoes, Continental Sausage, Pine nuts, Basil & Olive Oil
Pasta Marinara: Pasta, Shrimp, Crabmeat, Capsicum, Parsley, and Celery in a seafood sauce
Baby Beetroot: Garnished with a combination of Spanish Onions & Spring Onions
Rice Salad: Rice, Corn, Peas, Capsicum, onion, celery and a coriander & lime dressing
Chicken Tandoori:Baby Spinach Leaves, Bean Shoots, Cucumber, Sliced Chicken Tandoori, Mint Yoghurt Dressing
Curried Macaroni: Pasta Spirals, Celery, Parsley, Capsicum, Grated Carrot, Spring Onion & dressed with curry mayo
 
During the winter months, hot vegetables are a popular alternative to salad. Along with baked chat potatoes you
may choose 3 other vegetables in season and these shall be served buffet style to your guests.
