Mediterranean Pasta: Penne Pasta, Semi Sun dried Tomatoes, Pine nuts, Olives, Fresh Basil & Pesto dressing
Potato & Parsley: Diced Potato in whole egg honey mustard dressing garnished with egg & spring onion
Traditional Coleslaw: Green & Red Cabbage, Carrot, Parsley, Spring Onion & Lightly Dressed
Baby Beetroot & Mint: Garnished with a combination of Spanish Onions & Mint
 
Other meats by request Lamb, Chicken & Turkey, Baked Hams served Carvery style

Our staff will arrive at your premises approx 1-2 hours prior to serving for set up, prepare, serve and return all equipment to out premises for cleaning.
